Return Authorisation request form

Before any goods are returned for warranty repairs or replacement a Return Authorisation request form must be completed and an RA number received from Paradigm PCs.
Once we have received the completed form we will reply with a RA number. This RA number must accompany the faulty goods when returned. Failure to follow these procedures will cause delays.

Any goods returned that have been found to have been damaged due to incorrect assembly or setup will not be covered by warranty.
A service charge may apply for goods not covered or found
If for any reason a service fee is charged, Paradigm PCs reserves the right to deem the product as 'abandoned' if payment has not been received after 1 month and will sell the goods to recover costs.
Please note that any data stored on any storage device (like a Hard Disk or Solid State Drive, Memory Card etc) may be lost while undergoing testing. Please make sure any important data is safely backed-up before returning your faulty goods.
Loss of data is not covered by warranty.

If you are sending your goods we recommend you use a tracked courier service to ensure a speedy and safe delivery.
Goods sent by courier need to be adequately packaged to avoid any unneccessary damage caused in transit which may also void your warranty.
Please retain the courier receipt in case you need to track your item.
